Excellent!
I was looking for a specific vintage of a particular wine. While I located it across the country as it turns out the best pricing (by far) was right here in my home State of Florida. You may or may not be aware that FL is a big State but in any event as it turns out WineOnlineDelivery is about 250 miles away from my city of residence. With a Florida cold front forecast (in Miami that means it will be in the 60s at night and the 70s during the day) I arranged for overnight shipping more than a week out so as to comport with the forecast and reduce the odds of a transportation mishap. The good folks at WOL (specifically Lucas) worked with me to ensure timed delivery, arranged for overnight with a 10:30 am drop off, then followed up with me a few days before (to conform that I still wanted the delivery as planned) and then once again on the day of delivery (to advise that he was tracking the package, it was at the FedEx facility near me but that for some reason delivery would be delayed). Long story short (if that's possible) FedEx dropped off the package at 5:30 pm but to my surprise when I opened the box it contained a different wine than the one that I had ordered. Lucas responded to my call and email within moments, apologized for the error by his warehouse and offered to physically drive the correct product to me in Miami by 8:30 am the following morning, which was quite the surprise. More surprising however is that he did precisely what he said he would do and so at 8:30 am the day after I expected my FedEx I had my vintner's vintage in hand and hand-delivered by Lucas himself. That is nothing shy of extraordinary customer service, ergo the earnest title of this review: "Great Product, Pricing & Amazing Customer Support" (i.e. the wine I ordered was top tier, the price was excellent and the customer support was outstanding). From personal experience I highly recommend WineOnlineDelivery (and extend extra props to Lucas). Gratefully, MAH/Esq.
