In the heart of the sumptuous Margaux terroir, Chateau de Brane-Cantenac is run with conviction by Henri Lurton. The fabulous summer naturally resulted in an exceptional vintage. It has a deep, dark colour with purple hues. The intense nose harmoniously blends woody, spicy, fruity and floral notes and reveals its great complexity with aeration. The wine is concentrated and has a strong body. It is beautifully balanced. The tannins have a grainy, silky texture and are coated, giving the wine great elegance. Definitely a Brane for long ageing in a vintage with great potential.
