Born in the heart of the Auxerrois vineyard on the banks of the Yonne river in Burgundy, Saint Bris is unique in Burgundy - a Sauvignon Blanc! Moillard Saint Bris is a pale gold beauty blooming with freshness! Golden yellow in hue with green highlights, this wine boasts an eloquent bouquet of boxwood, blackcurrant buds and citrus. Delightfully vibrant on the palate with ripe green fruit, pleasant minerality and a round mouthfeel. Fabulous with freshly-shucked oysters or miso-glazed black cod!

TESTING NOTE

The Sauvignon Blanc Saint Bris of Domaine Moillard from Burgundy reveals a bright, light yellow color in the glass. This varietal French wine reveals in the glass wonderfully complex notes of green apple, sour cherries and lemons. These are joined by hints of other fruits.
