DESCRIPTION

Watchpost Whiskey is an approachable American blended whiskey crafted by the team at Westland Distillery in Seattle, Washington. It combines eight-year-old Westland American Single Malt—matured in new American oak and Pedro Ximénez casks—with smooth American grain whiskey aged in ex-bourbon barrels. The result is a balanced, easy-drinking whiskey offering roasted grain, toasted wood, gentle smoke and rounded sweetness.

TESTING NOTE

Aromas of apricot, toasted biscuit, milk chocolate and cherry pie. The palate presents lemon squares, vanilla, fudge, roasted grain and toasted wood, followed by a smooth, gently warming finish.
