Produced in Pitsilia region, by old vines at an altitude that rises from 800 up to 1.200 meters. Charming lemon-green color, with an intense nose, scented with nectarines and herbs along mineral, salty notes. Stylish and lean but with enough flesh to give grip and body. Salty and crispy, with tension and precision. Cool fermentation in stainless steel. Produced in 60.000 bottles, with DIAM closure. The crispiness on the palate and the wine’s delicate character makes this a perfect pair for sushi, oysters, shellfish and small fried fish. It has an ageing potential of 3-5 following the vintage.
