Vins Pepe Raventos Malvasia de Sitges Vinya de la Plana 2023 is a distinctive Spanish white wine produced entirely from the rare native Malvasia de Sitges grape. The fruit comes from the small Vinya de la Plana vineyard in Penedès, planted on clay and limestone soils. Fermentation takes place in concrete, followed by approximately eight months of ageing on the lees, creating a textured, aromatic wine with vibrant freshness, subtle salinity and a clean finish.
