Garnet red with orange shades. Intense and persistent aroma, with wild berries, spices and licorice. On the palate this wine is soft, velvety with good tannins and long finish.\n \n Producer Information\n Created in 1973 by Mario Barbero, the company was born as a cooperative made up of thirteen members (now there are 17) from the Treiso area, all linked to the Langa hills. The headquarters are located in the hamlet of “Pertinace†where the emperor Publius Elvius was born. After years of activity, since 2014, the winery has been renewed, also changing its name: from “Cantina Vignaioli Elvio Pertinace†to “Pertinace†and expanding its headquarters to meet the ever-increasing market demands.
