This Aglianico is sourced from slect vineyards across Irpinia, a mountainous pre-Alpine region in Campania. Intense aromas of black cherry, wild blackberry, violet and spices. A versatile, food-friendly wine, it can pair with any type of cheese and antipasti, as well as soups, pasta dishes and red or white meats. Elegant and soft on the palate, with notes of berries and strawberry jam. Aged in barrel for 10 months, followed by an additional 6 months refinement in bottle.
