DESCRIPTION

Deep garnet color with violet hues. Enthralling aromatics with distinct notes of violetsand blackberry, complemented by hints of pepper, cold cuts, and a touch raspberrymacaroons. The wine’s palate is powerful, with nice volume, gentle tannins, and livelyacidity. The aftertaste is reminiscent of a wide range of red and black berries.
Blend: 100% Syrah

TESTING NOTE

Spicy nose yet still elegant. Some grilled tarragon herbs to the red and black cherries. Some white pepper, cloves and a twist of fine sweet spices from the oak. Juicy and savory on the medium- to full-bodied palate with firm but polished tannins. Long and nicely saline. Very appetizing and balanced.
