Fresh and juicy in the mouth, the flavors conjure up Juicy Fruit gum and a hint of mint. Apples, peaches, pears and butter commingle, and there's an appealing lushness to the palate.\n \n This is our second vintage of single vineyard Chardonnay from the Olenik Vineyard. This Chardonnay was fermented and aged in one new French oak puncheon (large format barrel) .Olenik Vineyard is comprised of both volcanic and sedimentary soils, a most unique and distinctive advantage in the northern tier of the Willamette Valley and Chehalem Mountains.
