Hickinbotham Trueman Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 is a premium, full-bodied red wine from the historic Hickinbotham Vineyard in Clarendon, McLaren Vale. Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grown on elevated, ancient soils, it offers concentrated dark-fruit character with excellent freshness and structure. Aromas of cassis, blackberry, rose petal, mint and subtle Asian spices lead to flavors of black cherry, plum, cedar and gentle toast. Silky yet firm tannins carry the wine into a long, refined finish.
