Fraga Do Corvo Monterrei Tinto 2022 is an elegant Spanish red wine produced by Fraga do Corvo in the Monterrei DO of Galicia. Crafted from 100% Mencía grapes grown on historic hillside vineyards with granite, sandy, and slate soils, the wine reflects the freshness and minerality of this unique terroir. Hand-harvested grapes are carefully selected, cold macerated, and fermented before a portion of the wine is aged for approximately seven months in French oak barrels, while the remainder is matured in stainless steel to preserve its vibrant fruit character. The result is a fresh yet structured red with expressive aromas, refined tannins, and a long, spicy finish. It pairs beautifully with grilled meats, roasted poultry, mushrooms, game, and aged cheeses.
