Dominique Gruhier Bourgogne Tonnerre Blanc 2023 is an organic Chardonnay produced in the Tonnerrois area of northern Burgundy. Grown on fossil-rich Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils, the wine combines bright citrus and orchard-fruit flavours with floral notes, subtle oak and a distinctive chalky minerality. The palate is fresh, rounded and well-balanced, finishing with elegant saline and mineral notes.
