Domaine Le Sang des Cailloux Cuvée Azalaïs 2024 is an organic and biodynamic red wine from Vacqueyras in France's Southern Rhône Valley. Predominantly Grenache with Syrah and smaller portions of Carignan, Mourvèdre and Cinsault, it is produced from vines grown on reddish-brown clay-limestone soils covered with rounded stones. The grapes are hand harvested, fully destemmed and traditionally fermented before aging in large foudres. The wine combines ripe dark fruit, Mediterranean herbs and spice with freshness, fine tannins and a long, balanced finish.
