Domaine du Pere Caboche Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2022 750 ML

The color is bright and deep ruby red with bluish highlights. The nose is intense with full aromas of ripe red fruits, mineral (schist) and smoky hints on soft spices. This full-bodied wine has a nice balance between sweetness and a fine tannic structure. The fruity and peppery flavors dominate on licorice and Espelette pepper finish. This Chateauneuf-du-Pape wine is really complex, full of freshness and elegance with a long finish.
