This wine is a luscious blend of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot and 22% Petit Verdot. This wine is the flagship of the Gvaot Winery, and something you do not want to miss. The wine reaches its peak about five years after harvesting and will continue to develop for 12-14 years under suitable conditions. It is an excellent match for complex meat dishes such as beef Wellington or tournedos-style filet, or slow-roasted saddle or leg of lamb with root vegetables. Open about two hours before serving, or pour into a decanter, at a temperature of 16-18C.
