Rich greenish yellow in the glass. Elegant and very intense fruity aromas with upfront notes of citrus fruit, like orange peel, along with tropical notes, such as passionfruit, intermingled with hints of asparagus. This is a fresh wine with delicious acidity, fruity flavours, good full volume in the mouth and a long, well-balanced crispy fresh finish.\n\nOnce the grapes reached the winery, they were destemmed and pressed. The juice was cleaned in stainless steel tanks. Then it began the alcoholic fermentation at temperatures of between 13°C and 14°C for 18 days. Finally, the wine was aged over it’s fine lees for 6 to 8 months to lend it greater complexity and enhance the texture.\n\nSustainable, organic wine for those who know that every sip is a step towards a more balanced world.
