The Barolo dei Fratelli Fantino is elaborated starting from the old vines of over 60 years of age located in the area of Dardi in the extended cru of Bussia. Dardi has always been considered an integral part of the Bussia Soprana, even if from a winegrowing point of view it has always enjoyed its identity, linked to the excellent exposure of the vines. Giannatale and Alessandro refine the Nebbiolo for 5 years in large barrels of Slavonia, after having fermented the grapes spontaneously for about a month. After a 12-month rest in bottle, Barolo is marketed.
