Four Freedoms Silver Rum is a blended white rum produced by Mount Gay Distilleries on the island of Barbados. It is named after the Four Freedoms speech delivered by President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1941, which outlined four essential human freedoms: freedom of speech, freedom of worship, freedom from want, and freedom from fear.\n\nFour Freedoms Silver Rum is made from a blend of rums aged for three to five years in ex-bourbon casks. It is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
