This organic wine comes from the limestone plateau called "terres blanches." It's a dry and crisp white wine with a floral aroma, which demonstrates in the finest way why sancerre is so sought after for the white wines made from the sauvignon blanc grape. White flowers, grapefruit, refreshingly mineral, with fruity fullness, like ripe pears and pineapple. Wonderfully fine and crisp aftertaste with a liberating acidity.
