Les Pentes opens with a precise and well defined on the nose of delicate stone fruit aromas and flinty/stony notes. Full-bodied, almost lush and lovely piquant, this is a very elegantly textured wine with a refined mineral acidity and a perfect balance of fruit, body, minerals and acidity. The finish is tight, salty and seriously long.
