The Kruger Rumpf Riesling Trocken Gg Munsterer Dautenpflanzer 2021 is a dry, single-variety Riesling wine from Germany's Nahe region. The "GG" in the name stands for Grosses Gewächs, a term used to distinguish dry wines from leading vineyards in Germany's Grosse Lage, which are similar to France's Burgundy grand cru vineyards. The wine is made from old vines planted in the 1950s on a steep, south-facing section of the vineyard. The grapes are harvested by hand in October and pressed whole clusters with their skins on for 6–8 hours. The wine is then racked into steel in May and bottled in June.
