A wine to rival many AOC Chablis at a higher price, it is produced from 100% chardonnay and is unoaked. The wine displays a yellow colour with green reflection, lime notes, grapefruit and passion fruit flavours. It is characteristically energetic with good persistence and mouthwatering freshness.
