The Tannat grape selected to make this wine comes from our coastal vineyards in the departments of San Jose, Canelones and Maldonado located less than 30 km from the sea. In the ripening cycle of the grapes, we look for freshness and sweet tannins. The production is based on modern techniques that we develop especially to prioritize the extraction of the skin, where the maritime effects show more. Also, less extraction of the seeds avoid hard tannins, achieving a smooth wine from a young age that combines with energy and roundness.
