Terre de Mistral wines are raised in the legendary Provencal sun against the strong emblematic winds of the Mistral. Natives of Provence, vintner Serge Davico and his wife Nadia, are proud defenders of the Provencal land and take a sustainable approach to farming. Aptly named "Terre de Mistral" (Land of Mistral) after the Mistral wind that whips though the vineyard and Frederic Mistral, Nobel Prize Laureate whose work reflected the natural scenery, spirit, and preserved the Provencal dialect, the domaine's high-quality wines are pure Provence in a bottle. Named after Serge's mother, Simone is elegant and full of finesse. Aromatics of ripe red fruits, garrigue, and mineral meet an intensely fruity palate, bursting with red fruits and crisp acidity. Absolutely refreshing.
