85% is from the 2018 vintage, which was vinified in stainless-steel tanks. 15% is from the 2017 vintage, vinified in five-year-old French oak barrels. Secondary fermentation in bottle was for 12 months.
Bright pale greenish gold. Really appetising baked-apple nose. Rich, medium-dry palate entry and really appetising, clean finish. Opens out in a peacock's tail on the finish and it's really clean and fresh. Not remotely sickly with a very fine bead. Light and gorgeous hint of toffee on the finish
