Potentially the best wine I can remember tasting at this estate—it looks to rival the remarkable 2016—the 2022 Cairanne la Jean de Verde is amazingly complex on the nose, with notes of red raspberries, cocoa, roses, orange zest and blueberries all swirling around each other in wonderful harmony. It's full-bodied and rich, concentrated and velvety, with a long, zesty finish.
