Made from Tempranillo grapes carefully selected from 20 year old vines, this dark ruby red wine boasts complex aromas of cherries & dried plums laced with balsamic & spicy savory notes intermingled with mocha, toast, caramel, & smoke flavors with trace hints of pepper, herbs, & leather. Powerful but with well integrated tannins, this wine has a long lasting & velvety finish. Pair this wine with game meat, grilled beef, lamb chops with rosemary & mint, and Castillian stews.
