This 100% Chardonnay cuvee is aged for 6 years on the lees and this wine has a nice brioche like character to the nose along with lemon drop candy, white flowers with creme flan. Bright and fresh on the tongue with s smooth creamy mousse, ripe tree fruits and that almond and nutty character coming through at the end, excellent richness with a long mineral laced finish.
