Cara Sur Rosado Barreal 2021 750 ML

Cara Sur is a small project by Pancho Bugallo and Sebastián Zuccardi in Barreal, in the Calingasta valley in which they work with creole varieties from old vineyards that they are recovering. Cara Sur Rosado comes from different vineyards in Calingasta, in Paraje Hilario and Villa Nueva. The search is for a fresh rose with little body, but with good texture in the mouth.
