A glorious 7 year old whiskey from Canada, produced with a combination of 51% corn and 49% wheat, grown on the Canadian prairies. Distilled separately, the rye is produced with glacial Rocky Mountain Whiskey water in a traditional pot still and matured in white oak casks, whilst the wheat is distilled triple column stills before Whiskey maturing in American oak whiskey casks. The two are blended to achieve a distinct sipper Whiskey with some fabulous, Whiskey silky sweet grain character.\n\n
