Heitz-Lochardet owns a laundry list of iconic vineyards, including Chevalier-Montrachet, Meursault-Perrieres and Chassagne-Montrachet Morgeot. After earning his oenology degree in 2011, Armand gradually took over the management of these priceless sites, making an audacious pivot towards chemical-free, ultra-low impact viticulture. A gamble anywhere, in Burgundy the stakes couldn’t be higher, and they have paid off.
