Description
Domaine De La Noblaie Les Chiens Chiens 2022 is an organically farmed, single-varietal Cabernet Franc from a historic Chinon terroir. Hand-harvested grapes undergo extended maceration before the wine matures on its lees in large oak barrels. The result is a structured yet elegant red combining ripe fruit, spice, fresh acidity and silky tannins.
Testing Note
Aromas of red raspberry, red cherry, rhubarb and dried orange peel lead to a fresh palate with cranberry, blackcurrant, dark cherry and spice. Balanced acidity, refined tannins and subtle mineral notes carry through the lingering finish.
