Achaval Ferrer Quimera Mendoza 2018 is the winery's flagship Bordeaux-style red blend, crafted from estate vineyards across Mendoza, including Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley. The blend changes each vintage to showcase the finest expression of the year's fruit while remaining Malbec-driven. Fermented in small concrete tanks and aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels, Quimera delivers exceptional balance, depth, and elegance. Rich aromas of blackberry, cassis, violet, graphite, herbs, and sweet spice lead to a full-bodied palate with silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and an impressively long finish.
